Booking Process

  • AVAILABILITY – Send us a message by email, direct message through our FB or IG pages, or by phone with your preferred dates. Once we have confirmed the availability of your dates, you will have 72 hours to confirm your reservation and make the initial down payment.
  • CONFIRMING YOUR RESERVATION – In order to confirm your reservation, we require a down payment of 50%. Once you have sent us proof of payment, consider your stay booked!
  • PAYMENTS – The first step is your initial downpayment. The second payment or balance of 50% plus the 10% security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival. *Should your booking confirmation fall within two weeks of your dates of stay, you will be required to pay the full amount in advance plus a security deposit.

  • RENTAL AGREEMENT – You will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours of receiving your initial down payment. Please review the rental agreement and house rules carefully, sign, and send a copy to us. Your booking is not considered complete without a signed rental agreement.
  • PRIOR TO YOUR STAY – Please feel free to email us special requests such as booking banca boats, ordering fresh seafood, and any special celebration we can help with.

  • CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT – Check-in time is 10:00 am and Check out is at 12 noon. On departure day, we’d appreciate it if you could notify our villa manager before you go.
